Redrate was born out of necessity. Too many times did my family and get ripped off by big companies. We wanted to purchase with hungry growing companies that would actually value our business rather than take us for granted.
My brothers and I got together and put together a simply algorithm the used reviews, customer comments, time in business, how concerns were addressed and several other factors. We tested, tweaked and continue to do so to this day. We know a company isn’t perfect. Making mistakes is how we learn. Our biggest focus is giving greater weight to those companies who made mistakes, learned from them, and made internal changes to never repeat them again.
This top down approach to evaluated companies helped us select the best businesses over and over again. We had great success and decided to put our formula to good use and let anyone who wanted benefit.
